Returns Policy

   If you unsure about item condition, compatibility, etc., please ask before purchasing.

We do accept returns for all our products* with any reason, however some conditions do apply.

* Used parts, virtual products and specified items - excepted from return.

    Return for exchange or refund accepted within 30 days from delivery date, for item that:

not fit it purpose, have factory defects, do not match item description and pictures on the web listing.

    Return of the item with "non-genuine" reasons such as: change mind, no longer need, unwanted gift, incorrect selection, etc.,

accepted if item returned (posted back) within 7 days from delivery date.

    Creating return: Contact us with your return reason for further information.

It is advisable to provide vehicle details: Built date, VIN and other specific information.

Return item must be in original condition. Item damaged due to unqualified, unprofessional installation,

painted, altered, tempered, modified, not used for it purpose, etc. will be not accepted for exchange or refund.

Item returned with "non-genuine" reason must be in unused condition, without attempts to install it.

All return item must be in original packaging, without writing, printing overlabeling, etc.

Copy of invoice must be included.

Returned items not match above requirements will be not accepted for exchange or refund.

    We do pay return postage fees for items that not fit it purpose, have factory defects, do not match item description

and pictures on the web listing and warranty items (where applicable).

All other returns paid by the buyer.

Exchange or refund for the returned item will be processed upon item received and inspected.

Our postage (initial postage fee) and insurance cost will be deducted from refund amount for the "non-genuine" return reasons.

We do not charge "Restocking" fee for the item returned within specified time frame.

Any returns made with excessive delays will be liable for reduced refund amount (stock aging).

1 to 3 month - by 30% of the purchase amount. (70% of purchase amount refund).

3 to 6 month - by 50% of the purchase amount. (50% of purchase amount refund).

6 to 12 month - by 80% of the purchase amount. (20% of purchase amount refund).

Over 12 month returns not accepted.

    If you received item that was damaged in transit, you need to inform us and lodge "Damage in Transit" claim to Australia Post.

(Or your international service carrier).

Note: Do not post damaged-in-transit item back to sender!

By Australia Post regulations, only receiver able to lodge "Damage-in-transit" claim for compensation.

Note: We do insure every item over $50.00 value and our item package is sufficient to cover careless handling.

Note: We do not take responsibility for "damage in transit".

International buyers note: We do not pay postage or return fees for an international parcels under any circumstances and any reason.

International buyers note: Import duties, taxes and other government charges are not included in the item price or shipping fees.

All these charges and fees paid by the buyer. Check with your local authority to determine applicable fees prior to commence purchase.

All international parcels insured for the full item value.

International buyers note: We operate on Australia market. All our automotive parts are designed and made for Australian vehicles.

Prior to purchasing it advisable to check item compatibility.

We operate with $Au only, not with other currency.

delay with message reply may occur at weekends, holidays and store holiday.
