Payment for the selected items must be completed at the time of purchase.
We do not offer "COD" service to the customers that do not authorized by DAP administration prior to purchase.

Orders processing to dispatch upon payment received and cleared.
We dispatching majority of the purchased items at the same day. (Daily "Cut-off" time approximately 12:00)
Some items, (ordered after daily "Cut-off" time or require collection from remote storage facility) dispatching at the next business day.
In rare cases, (when ordered item missing, damaged, etc.) that may have more then 2 business days dispatch delay we contact
customer with delay reason and available options.
We use Australia Post parcel service for majority of our deliveries for the standard size/weight items.
We use variety of the couriers for the large, oversize and bulk items.
We use Australia Post International for all international shipping. Couriers (DHL, EMS, TNT, etc. available at request).

We do not have ability to control delivery time. This is purely in the carrier hands. To be able to provide you a "Tracking number"

"express" estimate delivery time.
International shipping from Australia most of times goes over "estimate delivery time". Most of international destinations shipped
